Example manual review
Fictional findings, not calculated from an uploaded file or any ATS.
Short answer
There is no universal ATS score. Check whether your document contains copyable text, clear section names and true evidence for key requirements. This manual checklist does not read your file.
Reading order: problem and correction
Fictional copy test: separate columns produce “2023 / 2020 / Employer A / Employer B”. In the corrected text, keep each entry in date → role → employer → tasks order. Repeat the test on the actual exported file. This is a manual readability check, not ATS certification.
What to take from this example
Try copying the text
Copy the name, dates and one role into a text editor. Check order and special characters.
Read the structure
Can someone understand roles, employers, dates and education without a graphical legend?
Map requirements to evidence
Match each important requirement to real experience. Leave genuine gaps visible.
Your manual self-check
Marked only on this device; no CV is uploaded or analysed.
